A little more about me
Yoga has been a big part of my life for over 30 years and one thing is for sure my inner practice remains steady as my physical asana practice has shifted and adapted to growing older.
I have trained with Internationally renowned teachers and at grass roots level in India too. After qualifying to teach in 2013 I quickly began to specialise in Restorative Yoga, became an Advanced level practitioner and enjoyed supporting my teacher to train others.
Nowadays my yoga practice involves time spent breathing, disconnecting from thoughts, gentle movement and deep rest. I enjoy supporting my practice and that of my clients with essential oils and Reiki energy.
